Hi-Lite Windows was established in 1991 and has been proudly serving customers from its base in Stroud ever since. As a family-run business, we have gone from strength to strength over the past three decades, building a loyal customer base and earning a reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and excellent customer service. Many of our customers return to us time and again, which is a testament to the trust and confidence they place in our work.

The company was founded by John Watkins, who dedicated his working life to providing outstanding service with a friendly and professional attitude. Throughout his career, John took great pride in delivering on his commitments and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. Due to ill health, John has now retired, although not without a determined effort to continue doing the work he loved and excelled at for so many years.
Today, the business is led by his son, Mark Watkins, who has worked alongside his father for more than 25 years. Under Mark’s leadership, Hi-Lite Windows continues to uphold the same values, high standards, and commitment to customer satisfaction that have been the foundation of the company since its establishment.
